‘Jigsaw Discovery Tool’ is a customised workshop based on psychometric assessment, exploring three axes of human behaviour through Carl Jung’s FITS model (Feeler, Intuitor, Thinker, Sensor) and the introvert/extrovert paradigm. The program highlights how our inherited personality traits influence task completion, decision-making, and communication style. Participants gain insights into their unique strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, and areas for improvement, while also understanding the behaviours of clients and customers.
