Through her One-on-One sessions, her aim is to provide a safe, judgement free zone to people willing to learn Spoken English, Interview Skills and Resume Building. The course is designed to cater to their personalized needs. Resonate began as a pro-bono initiative in 2023 and
in 2024, Hanspreet took it up as a full time initiative. She has also volunteered with various NGOs and
the UN in training and teaching.
With around 7 years of experience in the field of communication and more than 3 years of experience in the Learning and Development space, Hanspreet started her career in the corporate sector as an Instructional Designer. After developing courses for clients across US and UK as an Instructional Designer, she decided to switch her career and follow her passion of becoming a Facilitator.
