Mrinalini started her career in year 2018 during which besides being a freelancer, she has also worked as a senior consultant at OD alternatives, a boutique consulting rm.

She has worked with industry spaces like Tech, Renewable energy, construction, financial services and is experienced in working with the senior leadership teams for leadership development and team alignment.

She also has extensive experience in working with individuals one on one in helping them create evolving transformations through deep self awareness.

Her areas of specialization are Top team alignment, leadership development for current and aspiring leaders, authentic and courageous leadership, executive presence, relational intelligence, communication intelligence, con ict resolution and utilization, team cohesiveness, leading self/others.

A graduate from Delhi university and also a law graduate with registration with the UP bar council. She was the elected youngest block pramukh in West UP and completed a term of ve years with taking care of developmental work for 200 villages. A published poet and a theatre artist are identities she also carries.
